Terms and Conditions
A booking becomes final once it has been confirmed by Can Mustela and the required payment has been received. Following confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount must be paid by bank transfer within 72 hours. If the deposit is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled. The remaining balance must be received by bank transfer no later than 7 days before arrival. For bookings made within 7 days of arrival, the full booking amount must be paid within 72 hours after confirmation; if payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be cancelled.
The property may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking and never by more than its maximum permitted capacity. Before arrival, the required personal details of all guests must be provided through our online check-in system for the purpose of mandatory guest registration.
Guests must respect the house rules and the stated check-in and check-out times. Guests may be charged for any damage caused during their stay.
